The Crispy Duck Leg Dish is the “signature” dish of Plume – we have many guests who tell us in no uncertain terms that they will not be back if we ever take this dish off the menu.
Similar to the Peking Duck dish – this is our Kiwi take on the same. A full crispy Duck Leg with pancakes in a bamboo steamer, accompanied by hoisin sauce and thinly sliced cucumber and scallions. We call it our DIY SIGNATURE DISH – take a pancake, smear it with the hoisin sauce, add some cucumber and scallions, some shredded duck leg – roll up and ENJOY
