Level 2 Update


Under the Covid19 guidelines by the government and Hospitality NZ and with the objective of keeping all our customers safe the following procedure will apply for all in house dining customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however this is the only way we are allowed, or feel safe to, operate.

  • Guests are requested to pre-book through the Plume website under the Reservations tab
  • Temperature checks will be carried out before entry on all guests.
  • At the point of entry please use the sanitizer. Sanitizers are also kept at different points of the restaurant for your use
  • Your party will be allocated a table and you will require to be seated at all times except to use the restrooms or the smoking section.
  • Meeting guests at other tables is not allowed in the restaurant under COVID-19 level 2 guidelines.
  • Once seated each person will be required to register digitally at restauranthub.co.nz and show the confirmation to the Server
  • Only then the menus will be presented at the table and order taken at your table
  • Only one invoice and one payment will be available for each guest table
  • Once you have completed your meal, please have one person only move to the cashier for check out whilst the others remain seated. Once checked out the whole party may move together out of the restaurant
  • No more than 10 persons can dine together
  • Please keep social distance from all patrons outside your table of a minimum of 1 meter at all times especially in restrooms and smoking areas
  • Above all do have a great time at Plume and remember to be SAFE and be KIND
