Tasting Platter of Akaroa salmon tartare, orange dill, crème fraiche, glazed haloumi, baby beets, pear and walnut salad
Choice of any 3 to be confirmed in advance
Aged Beef Eye Fillet – coffee rubbed, beetroot relish, baby potato and grape jus
Chicken Breast – chorizo, sage, brioche, spiced pumpkin puree and seasonal pesto
Duck Breast – pan roasted, saffron risotto, savoury compote and pickled plums
Market Fish – squid ink crusted, baby cos jam, red onion marmalade and orange beurre blanc
Eggplant Cannelloni – arabiatta sauce, wilted spinach and toasted pine nuts (vegetarian, g/f)
