About the Restaurant

Superbly situated in a spectacular vineyard location in the grape-growing region of Matakana, just north of Auckland, Plume offers glorious 180-degree views of vineyards, fields, valleys and mountains.

Offering both indoor and patio dining, we are open:

Lunch Wed to Fri 11am-2pm
Lunch Sat & Sun 11am-3pm

Wine Tastings 11am-2pm Wednesday to Friday, 10am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday
Dinner 6pm onwards on Friday and Saturday.

In the peak summer holidays from 27th December to mid January we are open daily for lunch and Wednesday to Saturday nights for dinner.

We are closed Good Friday, Christmas and Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

If you have a group and would like to come for lunch or dinner on another day or night please contact us as we will happily open for you by special arrangement, subject to a minimum spend.

The menu changes seasonally to capture the very best of the seasonal produce from local purveyors. Vegetarian options are always available. Gluten free, dairy free, nuts free, etc, can always be provided on specific request though advanced intimation is advisable.

The entire facility can be booked for your exclusive use, or the Restaurant, Wine Library, larger Rengarenga Room and The Nest can all be booked separately.
