Our Head Chef B J Sebastian who is also one of the current Beef+Lamb Ambassador has been working very hard, conceptualizing this very Special Menu for the Beef+Lamb Ambassador Series Dinner.

BJ has curated a delightful exploration of flavors, textures and techniques, highlighting his expertise and passion for culinary excellence.  BJ has also extended an invitation to a special guest for the night- recently crowned Beef + Lamb Young Ambassador Chef, Nick Kearney who is chef de partie at Onslow in Auckland.
Come along and indulge in snacks followed by five courses using a harmonious blend of foraged and preserved ingredients carefully matched to a selection of the finest beef and lamb. The inclusion of Perigord truffles and Sterlet caviar will further elevate the menu to create a truly memorable dining experience.
